Being a Creative Soul
Creativity has always been the throughline of my life. It’s how I make sense of the world, process change, and reconnect to my higher self. Sometimes that creativity shows up quietly through a camera lens on a long hike. Other times it’s bold and tactile, layered in paint and mixed media. And often, it takes a more structured form, shaping how people learn, collaborate, and move ideas forward. This page is a glimpse into the creative practices that continue to inspire me, both personally and professionally.

01
Hiking with a Camera
Photography has been a constant companion throughout my life. I’m drawn to natural light, texture, and the small, easily missed moments that reveal a sense of place. Hiking with my camera allows me to slow down, observe, and stay curious; capturing landscapes not as they’re supposed to look, but as they feel in the moment. It’s part exploration, part meditation, and always an act of noticing.
02
Painting + Mixed Medium
At my core, I’m an artist. Painting and mixed media are where intuition leads, and rules fall away. My work often explores layers of color, emotion, memory, and meaning— reflecting cycles of change, renewal, and return. This practice keeps me grounded and honest, reminding me that creativity doesn’t need permission or purpose to be valuable.

Instructional Design
My professional path began in graphic design and evolved into instructional design, where creativity meets clarity. I’m deeply interested in how people learn, how ideas are communicated, and how complex systems can be made more human. This passion ultimately led to my consulting career, where I help organizations design better experiences through thoughtful structure, storytelling, and a deep respect for how people actually work.

Creative Entrepreneurship
Building a business has become one of my most unexpected creative outlets. Entrepreneurship asks for vision, experimentation, and the willingness to learn in real time. It blends strategy with intuition, structure with adaptability. For me, it’s less about growth for growth’s sake and more about designing something sustainable, values-driven, and human.
